The Intensive Housing Management (IHM) service is for residents who need intensive housing management guidance and support. Our goal is to assist residents in sustaining their tenancy and to remain living independently in their own homes. 

Residents who sign up to the service will be allocated an IHM officer.  The officer will contact the resident to make a convenient appointment.
