We are working with Bellway Homes to provide 51 affordable homes in the village of Chesterton, three miles outside Bicester. The homes, which range from 1 bed maisonettes to a 5 bed house for 8 people are made up of 36 homes for rent and homes 15 for shared ownership. All homes will feature Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) electric heating, electric vehicle (EV) charging and will be built to Bellway’s future homes standard with a predicted EPC B rating.
Fairhive are once again working with Bellway Homes to provide 51 homes on the Tattenhoe Park development in Milton Keynes, on which we already have 166 homes. Phase 6 of the scheme includes 43 rented homes and 8 homes for shared ownership sale.
The Site is in the southwest of Milton Keynes, within short walking distance of a primary school and a Co-op Convenience Store. All the properties will include ASHP electric heating and electric vehicle (EV) charging, will be built to Bellway’s future homes standard and have a predicted EPC B rating.
Fairhive are working with Barratt Redrow to deliver 32 new homes on the Woburn View development in Milton Keynes. The homes will include 26 rented and 6 shared ownership homes. All the properties will include Air Source Heat Pump electric heating and electric vehicle charging and have a predicted EPC B rating. The site is located within short walking distance of local communities, including a nursery, primary school, small supermarket and garden centre.
Working with David Wilson Homes, part of the Barratt Redrow Group, we will deliver 70 new affordable homes on this development in Winslow. We will be providing a mix of 52 rented and 18 shared ownership homes, in a town that has a full range of local amenities, as well as good public transport links, that will soon include a railway station. All of the homes should achieve EPC B.
Following the successful handover of 45 new homes in an earlier phase of this scheme, the team are pleased to be working once again with Bellway to deliver a further 50 new affordable homes on Phase 4 of the development at Chamberlains Barn, Leighton Buzzard. All of the properties will include Air Source Heat Pump electric heating and electric vehicle charging and will be built to Bellway’s future homes standard. All of the homes have a predicted EPC B rating.
Phases QRSTU - We are pleased to be providing 93 new affordable homes on the Whitehouse development, to the west of Milton Keynes. Built by Bellway Homes, 70 of the homes will be for shared ownership, with 23 for social rent. Some of our rented homes will be part of a pilot offering an enhanced environmental specification, combining improved fabric with air source heat pumps and electric space heating. The homes are being delivered in phases from 2023 with the last plot forecast to handover in 2026.
Phases P and V – We have a further 29 new homes in these later phases of the Bellway development, of which 22 are shared ownership, and 7 social rent.
We are working with Barratt David Wilson to provide 110 affordable homes in Village 3 of the Kingsbrook development. 85 of these homes will be for rent, with 25 for shared ownership, and they will be completed in phases through to 2028.
Working with Bellway Homes, Fairhive are proud to be providing 46 new homes at Moreton Road in Buckingham. 35 of the homes will be for rent and 11 for shared ownership sale. The homes will be built to Bellway’s Future Homes standard with enhanced passive thermal insulation and air source heat pump (ASHP) driven electric central heating. The homes will be highly energy efficient but it remains to be confirmed whether the homes achieve an EPC A or B rating. Electric vehicle (EV) chargers will be provided to all the homes.
We are pleased to announce that we will be providing 47 new affordable homes at Weston Mead Farm, Weston Turville, constructed by Bloor Homes. The scheme, which is located 2.5 miles outside the centre of Aylesbury will feature electric vehicle chargers for all homes. We will be offering 35 homes for rent and 12 homes for shared ownership.
