The majority of our income is from rent, so it is important this represents good Value for Money (VfM) to residents.

Our subsidiary companies

Fairhive Homes Limited also owns two subsidiary companies, Fairfax Design & Build Limited and Fairfax Housing Limited. These subsidiaries will help us to maximise our income to expand and meet our charitable objectives.

Fairfax Design & Build Limited was set up to provide design and build services to other group companies. The most recent audit is Fairfax Design and Build Limited Audited Financial Statements for year ended 31 March 2024 [pdf] 506KB
