Our Community Hub at the Vineyard is closing and the last session will be held on 24 February 2026. If you are in need of a food parcel, you can visit the Vineyard on a Tuesday to collect between 10am-12pm. This is crisis support only. We are looking to set up a new monthly advice hub with Buckinghamshire Council so watch this space for more details! Community Hub
The Community Hub is a one stop shop drop-in centre for anyone in our community.
Providing support and advice on housing, employment, training, well-being and qualifications through Bucks Adult Learning, Helping Hands, Community Engagement, and Buckinghamshire Family Information Service. We can assist with signposting for budgeting, housing barriers and help residents with children under 12 requiring school uniform, clothing and baby equipment.
Aylesbury Community Hub
The Community Hub is located at the Vineyard, Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury, HP19 8DN every Tuesday morning from 9.45am until 12pm.
We now have a NHS blood pressure kit located at the Community Hub which we have trained staff for who can assist anyone wishing to check their blood pressure.
The Community Hub is open to anyone, you do not have to be a Fairhive resident.
