We recently consulted with all our stakeholders; residents, employees and partners, to develop a new five year plan that outlines our business priorities for the period 2025 – 30.
Our new strategic objectives came into effect in April 2025 and are:

Employee engagement – new possibilities through our people
Environment – improve our environmental impact
Development and growth – quality, sustainable and affordable new homes
