Android app issues - don't worry, we're on it!

We're are aware that some residents are experiencing technical issues with registeration and logging-on to My HomeHub on Andriod devices. The web version and the Apple App are working as normal. We have escalated this to the developer and we're working with them to get this fixed as soon as possible. We will update this page and our social media with more news when the issue has been resolved. My HomeHub makes managing your home easy. Download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play Store so you can manage your home on the go, at a time that’s convenient for you – you need to register first so sign up below.

To register you will need an email address and your tenancy number, which can be found on a rent letter / rent statement / payment card. If you have any issues getting started please contact us.

Once registered you’ll be able to:

  • View and manage your  repairs including booking appointments, making enquiries and checking your past and upcoming appointments

  • Book appointments with various departments

  • Use the budgeting tool to help you manage your finances and organise a payment schedule for arrears

  • Report anti social behaviour and fly tipping

  • Update personal and household details

  • Request a visit from your Neighbourhood Manager at a date and time convenient to you

  • Give notice online

  • Request permission for items such as TV packages or water meters
