This November, we launching a campaign to raise awareness of tenancy fraud and to support those who may be occupying a home they no longer need.

Before starting any decluttering, it’s important to plan how to dispose of unwanted items responsibly — through donations, waste or recycling collections, to help keep our neighbourhoods clean and avoid fly-tipping.

We’re proud to share that we’ve been awarded the SHIFT Gold accreditation, one of the highest environmental sustainability standards in the housing sector.

Each year, we publish our Annual Report to Residents, sharing information on how the business is performing. These are published on our website and are available for anyone to read and see where we are doing well and where we need to improve.

With more than 40 years of senior leadership experience spanning banking, housing and the third sector, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge, a strong sense of purpose and a deep personal commitment to making a difference through social housing.
