Our Moving in standard outlines what you can expect as a new resident in one of our properties.
We provide all of our residents with a safe, well maintained property in which they can set up home.
Our handy Tenant Advice Pack below is full of information about how to set up utilities and other essential payments, budgeting and how to access additional help when it is needed.
Our Moving out standard has been co-created with our involved residents. It is a list of all the things you need to do to help us get the property ready for the next resident as quickly as possible.
Please take a look at these standards and if you have any questions, please contact our Lettings Team on 01296 732600.
We know how hard it is to manage a loved one's home when they have passed away. If you need to to let us know, please complete the forms below and send it to our Lettings team via post or email.

Here’s what will happen if you are offered one of our properties.
We will:
- Contact you by phone within 48 hours of receiving your nomination (when the council recommends you for a property).
- Send you an email to follow up after the phone call to confirm details of offer. This will include timescales and your dedicated contact (email address and phone number).
- If we are unable to contact you after a further 48 hours, we will offer the property to the next eligible applicant.
- Let you know by phone/email if there are changes to the timescale.
- Notify you when the property is due to be ready to move in.

Here’s what happens when you end your tenancy:
- You will need to give notice, in writing, to end your tenancy. This can be done via My HomeHub or email.
- We will confirm the end of your tenancy by email (or post if we have no email on file) within 48 hours. This will only be done within working hours.
- We will contact you by phone/email to book a termination inspection.
- We will carry out the termination inspection and a confirmation letter of actions required will be sent by email (or by post if no email is on file).
- A letter will be sent by email to confirm we have received your keys. This will be sent by post to the forwarding address if we have no email on file.
