With the support of Homes England and Buckinghamshire Council, we were pleased to be able to transform the site of the former Church of the Guardian Angels in South Court, Aylesbury into 24 affordable homes. The scheme provided 20 flats at social rent, and 4 houses for shared ownership, which became available for occupation in early 2026.

Rose Farm, Longwick

Working with Miller Homes, we provided 27 new affordable homes on a development of 65 dwellings in the village of Longwick, to the north of Princes Risborough. We were able to offer a mix of 18 rented flats and houses, alongside 9 houses for shared ownership.

Churchway, Haddenham

Our scheme at Churchway in Haddenham with Redrow Homes provided 45 new affordable houses, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms; 30 for rent and 15 for shared ownership. The location benefits from a range of local amenities including a village shop, a primary school and a junior school within walking distance. The homes are all heated by Air Source Heat Pumps and have electric vehicle charging points.

We once again worked in partnership with Cala Homes to bring more new homes to our residents. This scheme, at Kimblewick Road, in the village of Little Kimble, provided 22 new affordable homes, all of which are heated by air source heat pumps and benefit from electric vehicle charging. The homes are a mix of houses and flats, with 18 available for rent, and 4 for shared ownership.

Fairhive was proud to work with Barratt David Wilson Homes to provide 40 new affordable homes on their residential development of 135 homes, which forms part of the Clipstone Park development in Leighton Buzzard. The 20 rental and 20 shared ownership properties benefit from the amenities included in the development, such as green space, allotments and playing fields.

Great Horwood Road, Winslow (Bloor)

Great Horwood Road, Winslow (Bloor)

Bloor Homes began work on site in late 2023 on a development on the northern edge of the town of Winslow. Fairhive provided the 42 affordable homes on the site, which are made up of 32 flats and houses for affordable rent, and 10 houses for shared ownership. Residents moved into the first homes in the summer of 2024, and the scheme was completed in phases going through to 2026.
