Our vision outlines our commitment to supporting the local communities in which our residents and employees live and work. ‘Giving something back’ is our Corporate Responsibility programme which enables us to support the charities and causes we know are important to our residents and local communities. Thriving Communities Fund - We provide several types of grants to our residents, for support with education, employment or wellbeing as well as to community groups or projects, operating within areas where our residents live. Find out more about the fund.

Employees' charity of the year - Employees organise fundraising activities throughout the year, to support their chosen charity. Match funding, from us, is available for them to apply for which helps boost funds raised.
