In our Annual Report to Residents, you will find out how we are performing as a social housing provider. You can request the results of formal external inspections as well as our regular, and ongoing, performance monitoring.
Keeping on target
We believe it is very important for us, our stakeholders and most particularly our residents, to know how we are performing.
That is why we monitor our services, and residents’ satisfaction with them, very closely, using a large number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A KPI is simply a measure of how well we are doing against a service target. For example, we have a target to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of 82% (of residents surveyed) - the KPI will show us how we are performing against this target.
