Our Property Team have received HQN’s (DLO) Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that we have been re-awarded the DLO accreditation for the next three years, a recognition we received back in December. HQN (Housing Quality Network) developed this accreditation specifically for repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector, making it the first and only scheme to do so in the UK.

The accreditation process entailed an examination and assessment of how we work, inspecting diverse elements such as customer service, performance management, training, health and safety, and value for money.

The award is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction, a key objective derived from our comprehensive five-year corporate strategy. This strategy is dedicated to delivering not only high-quality services but also upholding a standard of service excellence.

HQN added, “‘It is clear from your submission and assessment, that the team is really committed to delivering a high-quality service to your customers.'

Andrew Rysdale, Assistant Director of Property, added, “Achieving accreditation and being recognised by an independent organisation such as HQN is a testament to the great work that the team undertakes on a daily basis to ensure that we are offering our residents the best level of service possible.”
