Welcoming new voices to our Board
As we look ahead, we’re excited to welcome two exceptional new members to our Board, Jesse Fajemisin and Julie Layton.
Jesse Fajemisin brings extensive experience across the Housing sector, having worked with both large and small providers. With more than six years in executive roles, he has led housing operations focused on enhancing service delivery, resident satisfaction, and overall organisational performance. His dedication to sector-wide improvement and a resident-first approach will enhance our Board’s expertise and perspective.
Julie Layton is a qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, with a wealth of experience in social housing. Currently Chief Executive at Advance, she oversees the delivery of high-quality, tailored housing solutions and services. In her Chief Executive role, she has actively collaborated with customer groups to provide them with meaningful and flexible opportunities to influence organisational strategy, particularly in shaping how services are designed and delivered. Julie brings the same passion to Fairhive and looks forward to engaging with our residents to understand what matters most to them.
