We know from previous interaction that our residents often mention it would be nice to meet members of staff when moving to a new development. So, we thought we would take the opportunity to do just that, and would like to invite you to a relaxed and friendly drop-in session.
Date: Wednesday 8 October 2025
Time: Drop in anytime between 9:30 AM and 11.00 AM
Location: Esquire Café, located just around the corner from your home by Tesco’s, we will place a Fairhive banner outside.
This is a chance to meet myself together with other members of staff in an informal setting. In attendance will be:
· Paul Mart, Senior Development Contract Manager
· One of our Welfare Advisors
· Janeane O’Sullivan, Community Engagement Officer
You’ll have the opportunity to discuss tenancy matters, benefit advice including Universal Credit and PIP (as well as benefit checks if you are considering employment), resident involvement, and any issue concerning the property development itself.
Join us for a hot drink, cake or breakfast roll—all provided free of charge.
To help us cater for numbers, please let us know if you will be attending by contacting hello@fairhive.co.uk with your name and address. You will need to let us know the name of this event and the number of persons attending. Please note we can only cater for up to two Fairhive Residents per household.
