The summer holidays are always an expensive time as parents and carers try to keep children entertained and fed. With a high cost of living, many are thinking about their rising food bill as the children are off school. That is why we have put together this handy guide of retailers who are offering free or reduced meals for children over the summer holidays. The Money Supermarket website has a list of more deals and vouchers for eating out.

Asda café - Under 16s can have a hot or cold meal for £1 in Asda Cafés. Ella's baby food pouches are free for children under 18 months with any purchase.
Ask Italian - During the summer holidays at Ask Italian, up to two kids aged up to 10 years old can eat for free when an adult main is purchased via the app. This offer is available every day of the week.
Beefeater - Up to two children aged under 16 can eat a free breakfast when accompanied by an adult buying an unlimited cooked breakfast.
Bella Italia - Book a table at Bella Italia and kids eat free every day throughout the summer holidays when you purchase an adult main course.
Bill's Restaurant - Up to two children eat free, all day, when one adult orders any main dish.
Brewers Fayre - At Brewers Fayre, two kids under 16 eat for FREE with every adult breakfast purchased.
Dobbie’s Garden Centre – At Dobbie's, kids get a children’s breakfast with an adults traditional or full breakfast for only 88p. Alternatives, children can also get a free child’s hot meal or pick n mix lunch box with any adult main course for 88p.
Dunelm Pausa Café – Kids eat free with ever £5 spent at Dunelms in store café.
Holiday Inn - Children aged 12 and under can eat for free at selected Holiday Inn locations when dining with an adult who is a registered guest. You can find more information on the Holiday Inn website.
Hungry Horse - From Monday-Friday, kids can eat for 88p at Hungry Horse pubs with every full paying adult.
Morrisons – Get one free kid's meal with any adult meal over £5 including a drink in a Morrisons cafe.
Premier Inn – When an adult orders a full Premier Inn Breakfast or a Meal Deal, up to two under 16s eat breakfast for free.
Sizzling Pub and Grill - Monday to Friday, from 12pm kids can dine for just £1 with every adult meal at Sizzling Pub and Grill.
