We’re now piloting online resident drop-ins, come and join us!

Our Community Engagement Team recently tried something new and exciting, our first online resident drop-in pilot session!
We had team members from the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) team, Estate Services, Neighbourhood Managers (NHMs) and Universal Credit all logged in and ready to help with any questions. Residents were moved into separate breakout rooms for a one-to-one chat with the Fairhive team and we promoted the many benefits of becoming a more involved resident with us through volunteering.
The session was held in the evening and was a great success. Building on this experience, we hosted another online drop-in session on the 7th May, during the day. This time, we reached out to residents in more rural areas, making sure they had an easy and convenient way to join in and speak to our team.
One of our residents, Jo, shared her thoughts: "I found this to be a very positive experience. At first, I had some concerns about how it would all work out as I had never done anything like this before, but it was great to be able to talk to the team from the comfort of my own sofa. I spoke to different teams who were able to help with my queries."
A huge thank you to everyone who has joined our online resident drop-in sessions so far. We're excited for future sessions and your feedback is invaluable to us to help tailor our services. At Fairhive, we believe that the best services are shaped with our residents, not just for them. That’s why we want to better understand how we can support you to get more involved, share your views, and help influence the way we do things.
