We’re excited to launch The Hivecast, our new podcast created to share real stories, expert insights and helpful information from across Fairhive and our wider community partners.
Each series will explore topics that matter to our residents and colleagues, bringing together voices from across our organisation and beyond to spark conversations, answer common questions and shine a light on the things that shape our homes, workplaces and communities.
Our first series centres on the Disability Confident agenda and the ways we, alongside our partners, are removing barriers, improving accessibility and supporting inclusive employment.
Across the series, you’ll hear from our colleagues and guest speaker from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), sharing practical advice, personal experiences and insights into how organisations can better support disabled employees and residents.
