We aim to meet quarterly across the year to discuss, monitor and scrutinise Estate Services (grounds maintenance, cleaning of communal areas and caretaking) performance and to look to see how – through resident engagement, feedback and involvement - we can improve the Estate Services that are provided to our residents. We also provide information and updates around our wider Environmental Improvements Projects as well as carrying out Block Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance audits with involved residents.
