You may find that you have a new Neighbourhood Manager (NHM), this is due to some slight changes we’ve made to the areas each NHM covers. Some NHM's responsibility areas have been reduced which means your NHM will save time and mileage when travelling to visit residents as well as be able to inspect schemes and communal areas more regularly.
