You’re invited to our Mental Health Inclusion Session on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, taking place at the Fairhive Office in Aylesbury.
From 17:00 – Refreshments & Community Connection
Join us early to enjoy refreshments, meet fellow residents, and talk with our Customer Service Representative about any questions you may have.
18:00–19:00 – Mental Health Awareness Talk with Buckinghamshire Mind
We all have mental health—just as we all have physical health—and looking after it is vital. Buckinghamshire Mind will be delivering an engaging and informative session exploring how we can support our own wellbeing and look out for others.
Important:
This is an informational session and not a therapeutic space.
The talk will cover:
- What mental health and mental well-being mean
- How to recognise when we might be experiencing a mental health problem
- Possible causes and risk factors for poor mental health
- Protective factors that support wellbeing
- Practical tips for supporting ourselves and those around us
- Where to access mental health support locally
We’d love to see you there and help foster an open, supportive conversation about mental health in our community.
