Fairhive Follow & Win Giveaway

Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to all Fairhive residents aged 18 and over. 
Only one entry per resident is allowed. 
Each survey entry must include the social media platform and profile name for the account following the Fairhive page. This can be on Facebook or Instagram. This information will only be used to verify that the resident is following at least one of the Fairhive pages. 

How to Enter:

Follow Fairhive on either Facebook or Instagram, depending on platform preference. 
Follow the survey link provided on the competition social media post. 
Complete the survey, including contact details and social media profile handle, to enter the draw. 

Prize: 

One £100 gift voucher will be awarded each month for 3 months (September – November 2026). Only one prize will be awarded per household. 

Draw Details:

One draw will be conducted each month: September, October and November 2026. 
Entries will be collected each month and verified. Only entrants who are still following a Fairhive page (Facebook or Instagram) at the point of the prize draw will be verified and included in the draw. 
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the prize month. 

Notification:

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided in the survey. A Fairhive employee will contact the winner to arrange delivery of the prize voucher. 
We will contact the winner within seven days of the draw. If we cannot make contact with the winner in this time, a new winner will be selected for that month. 

 
Data use:

We will only use the data provided in the survey to select a winner each month and to contact these winners. 
The lawful basis for this processing is Fairhive's legitimate interests in running the competition. 
All data is processed in accordance with our Tenants Privacy Notice.
