We are inviting all residents to take part in our Resident Satisfaction Survey, which will be sent out by email and text message this week. 

The survey is open for three weeks and gives residents the opportunity to tell us about their service experiences, including repairs, maintenance, welfare support and communication. The feedback we receive is incredibly valuable and helps us understand what's working well and where improvements may be needed. 

Previous survey results showed that almost 90% of residents are satisfied with our services, and this year's survey will help us build a clearer picture of what matters most to our residents and their households. 

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and all responses will be reviewed by our Board to help inform future service priorities and improvements. 

 

Win £250 in shopping vouchers 

As a thank you for taking part, residents who complete the survey can choose to enter a prize draw to win one of two shopping vouchers worth £250 each. 

To enter, simply complete the contact details section at the end of the survey. These details will only be used to contact prize draw winners and will not be shared with third parties. 

 

How will I receive the survey? 

Residents will receive the survey by email and/or text message. We understand that some residents may wish to verify that these communications are genuine. If you receive an email or text about our satisfaction survey and you are unsure if it is from us, you can call our Contact Centre or email us (contact@fairhive.co.uk) to confirm.  

 

Good to note:  

This survey is separate to our Social Media Competition Survey. Residents can enter both prize draws.
