We want to show our thanks to our employees who go above and beyond, making a positive impact in our community and for residents. That’s why we’ve launched our employee recognition programme, Leading Edge.

The Leading Edge Awards panel, consisting of five employees and two volunteer residents, reviews all the nominations quarterly.

Do you know of a Fairhive team member who demonstrates dedication and exceptional service?

We have two annual awards for you to get involved in including the following:

• Residents’ Choice Award - The behaviours for the ‘Residents Choice’ award include being a good communicator, taking ownership, positively representing us, working well using time and resources, listening to residents, or improving services.
• Good Samaritan Award - The criteria for the ‘Good Samaritan’ involves prioritising the well-being of others, both residents and members of the community, and demonstrating acts of life-saving courage.

The closing date for nominations for this year’s awards is the end of March 2024. Nominations received after 31^st March 2024 will be taken on for next year’s awards that will be announced in April 2025.

What should I include in my nomination?

Please visit our Leading Edge Awards page for further details and to submit your nomination. The form will require you to provide the employee's name, specify the award category that you're putting them forward for, and provide a detailed explanation of why you believe they deserve to win! The more detailed your nomination, the better.

We may use extracts from your nomination for the awards announcements that will be shared on our employee intranet as well as online and in our Residents News.
