We have recently launched our new STAIRs Publication Scheme, because we are committed to being open, transparent and accountable to our residents.
What is STAIRs?
STAIRs stands for Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements. These are new government requirements designed to give social housing residents greater access to information about how their landlord operates. The Scheme brings together a wide range of information in one place, helping you find the information you need quickly and easily.

We will continue to review and update this information regularly to ensure it remains accurate and useful.
Looking ahead
From April 2027, eligible social housing residents are expected to be able to make formal requests for information under STAIRs. We will provide further information and guidance nearer the time.
