Our ongoing partnership with Harmony Fire

We are pleased to continue our positive partnership with Harmony Fire, who remain our lead contractor for fire door and safety works across our Independent Living Schemes. Over the past year, Harmony has played a key role in progressing essential safety upgrades.

Our focus together is on finalising outstanding fire safety works across the schemes, ensuring residents can feel confident and safe in their homes. Harmony continues to work closely with our teams and directly with residents, supporting clear communication, access needs, and minimising disruption wherever possible.

We are grateful for Harmony’s ongoing commitment not only to completing these vital safety improvements, but also to strengthening relationships within our communities. Their continued involvement helps us maintain safe, welcoming environments for all residents while building on the strong foundations of last year’s successful collaboration.

As part of their continued commitment to social value, Harmony generously provided Christmas raffle prizes for residents across all 18 Independent Living Schemes. This thoughtful gesture brought joy and connection during the festive season and further demonstrated their dedication to giving back to the communities they support.

Reflecting on this year, Abbie Whitmee, Independent Living Team Manager shared:

“Working with Harmony has again been a really positive experience. Their team has shown genuine commitment to completing the remaining safety works across our schemes while taking the time to understand and support our residents. It’s reassuring to partner with an organisation that values both safety and community wellbeing.”

We are grateful for Harmony’s continued partnership, their dedication to delivering these vital safety improvements, and their support for resident wellbeing. We look forward to completing the remaining works and continuing to build on the positive relationship that benefits both our schemes and our communities.
