The latest edition of Residents News is here and packed with important updates, community stories and useful information for you.
In this issue, you'll find a welcome message from John Wallbank, Assistant Director of People, along with updates on our refreshed Customer Service Commitments and a Health and Safety guide for this Summer.
We also share highlights from our continued commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and community, including our renewed Disability Confident Leader status, our journey towards becoming a neuroinclusive organisation, and our recent podcast collaboration with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Many residents will have received an email containing a link to the digital version of Residents News on our website. We send electronic copies to residents who have provided us with an email address to help reduce printing and postage costs, while also lowering our environmental impact.
Paper copies remain available for residents who prefer them or who do not have access to email. We can also provide our quarterly magazine in a range of accessible formats, including large print and audio CD.
