Spring Edition of Residents News Now Available

Our latest edition of Residents News has arrived, packed with updates and stories we’re thrilled to share with you. This issue shines a spotlight on our Customer Service Team, featuring your most frequently asked questions alongside a “Meet the Team” feature, giving you the chance to learn more about the people you speak to when you call us.

It also includes a message from our Customer Services Manager, Liz Stockton, who shares updates on the Body Worn Camera pilot, highlighting the involvement of the Resident Scrutiny Review Group, and talks about initiatives like ‘Boost Your Potential’ and what we’ve been up too.

Alongside these features, you’ll find regular updates such as key dates for your diary and further insights into Tenant Satisfaction Measures. We’ve also included information about our “Getting to Know You” project, which began in December 2024, as well as guidance on contents insurance and tips to help you save money.

Many residents may have already received a digital version of Residents News via email or viewed it on our website. Sharing digital copies with residents who have provided an email address helps us reduce our environmental impact while also saving on printing and postage costs. However, paper copies are still available for anyone who prefers them or does not have access to the internet or a digital device.
