Double recognition at the Southeast Energy Efficiency Awards 2026

We’re pleased to share that we’ve been named Regional Housing Association of the Year at the Southeast Energy Efficiency Awards 2026.

We were also Highly Commended in the Regional Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year category, recognising the important work being carried out to support residents experiencing fuel poverty and financial pressures.

These awards reflect the dedication and commitment of our Sustainability and Welfare teams, alongside colleagues, contractors, and partners working together to deliver warmer, more energy-efficient homes.

From improving homes through retrofit and energy-saving measures, to providing advice and support for those who may be struggling with energy costs, this work is focused on helping residents live more comfortably and sustainably.

Edd Willmot, Operations Business Manager, said:

“Winning Housing Association of the Year is a huge achievement and reflects the hard work and commitment shown across the business. Being highly commended for Vulnerable Customer Support is especially meaningful, as it recognises the importance we place on supporting those residents who may need additional help, throughout the process.”

A huge thank you goes to everyone involved in delivering this work, and to our residents. Your feedback, engagement, and lived experience continue to shape how we design and deliver services, ensuring they meet the needs of the communities we serve.
